Lean fundamentals in one day, in your own plant
A one-day course for up to 12 participants at your site. The morning covers the method, the afternoon your plant: participants look for the eight wastes in their own process and finish the day with a ranked improvement list.

- What do you need from us?
- A room for 12 people and permission for the afternoon plant walk. Production does not need to stop.
- Can the course be tailored?
- Yes. The process for the gemba walk is agreed in advance; a client-specific case study can be developed as a separate item.
- What usually comes after the training?
- Typically an A3 or a VSM workshop on the top-ranked improvement.
