Privacy notice
This notice describes what personal data is processed in the operation of just-b-ltd.com. It contains the information required by Article 13 of the GDPR (EU 2016/679).
In short: this website uses no analytics, sets no marketing or tracking cookies, and builds no visitor profile. The self-assessment tools run entirely in your browser — your answers never leave your device.
1. Controller
Just B · Email: info@just-b-ltd.com · Website: just-b-ltd.com
No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions in Article 37 of the GDPR do not apply. For data protection matters, contact us at the address above.
2. Visiting the website
The website is served as static content. We use no Google Analytics, advertising pixel, remarketing code or other visitor-tracking solution.
Cookies
We set no marketing or analytics cookies, which is why no cookie banner appears. One technical entry may be created in your browser's local storage (localStorage), purely for your convenience:
- jb-theme — your choice of light or dark appearance.
It does not identify you, it is never transmitted, and you can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Server-side logging
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. For delivery and security purposes the provider may keep technical logs, which can include the IP address and the browser identifier. This is Cloudflare's activity as an independent controller and, as hosting provider, as a processor; the legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing the service securely (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Fonts
The website serves its fonts from our own hosting. No data, including your IP address, is passed to a third party such as Google when the fonts are loaded.
3. Self-assessment tools
Completing an assessment involves no data transmission. The questions and the scoring logic load as part of the page, your browser processes the answers, and the result is displayed there. Answers are not sent to any server, database or third party.
At the end you may choose to send us the result. Your own email client then opens with a pre-filled message, which you can edit or discard before sending. Processing therefore begins with your active decision to send that email.
4. Contact by email
| Data processed | Name, email address, company name, role, and any further data you volunteer in the message (for example an assessment result). |
| Purpose | Answering the enquiry, providing a quotation, pre-contractual discussion. |
| Legal basis | GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract; and (f) — legitimate interest in business correspondence. |
| Retention | 12 months from the closure of the enquiry; where a contract is concluded, the statutory retention period. |
| Processor | Email is provided by Google Workspace. |
We send no newsletter, and we do not use the data provided in an enquiry for marketing purposes without separate consent.
5. Transfers to third countries
Through the services of Cloudflare and Google, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. These providers operate under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission and under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
- Information about, and access to, the data processed about you.
- Rectification, where data is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure, where the purpose of processing has ceased.
- Restriction of processing.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Data portability.
Send your request to info@just-b-ltd.com; we respond within one month of receipt.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) (Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu), or before a court. As the controller is established in Hungary, NAIH is the competent supervisory authority; you may also contact the authority in your own member state.
7. Data security
The website is available only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Email access is protected by two-step verification and access restrictions. We store no personal data on paper.
8. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when necessary. Effective: 18 October 2026.
